Guidelines for Fees

A Cheque/DD Collection Box has been installed by HDFC in PG Block for dropping Cheque/DD of fee in that box.
The students of UG as well as PG courses, who wish to deposit the fee through on-line system may follow the procedure mentioned below:

1. Get issued one cheque/DD in favour of Director, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, from any bank payable at Ludhiana.

2. Get the requisition form from College website http://www.gndec.ac.in/forms

3. Fill the form.

3. Drop both Cheque/DD and Form in the HDFC Cheque/DD Collection Box.

4. The box will be opened by HDFC official every day during evening hours and all the cheque/ demand draft dropped in the box will be taken by him in his custody for onward submission to HDFC branch for giving its credit to GNDEC Account in HDFC, Model Town Branch, Ludhiana.
