SilverMark's Test Mentor for VisualWorks 7.7 installation instructions

Installation instructions: 

- Load the TestMentor parcel;  this loads most of the other parcels in the
	correct order and with the correct initializations (loading these
	other parcels by hand is not recommended).

- Follow the remaining installation instructions provided in readme.pdf,
	noting that references to the 'goodies' directory are, in VW7.7
	references to the 'contributed' directory.

- As desired, load any not-yet-loaded parcels in the ../SilverMark/parcels
	directory to activate additional features of the product.
